The position requires the ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems including water source HPUs, RTUs, VRF systems, split systems, and chilled water AHUs. This isn't an entry-level position; we're looking for professionals that are proficient with HVAC.
Job Duties
· Diagnosis and repair of HVAC systems including water source HPUs, RTUs, VRF systems, split systems, and chilled water AHUs.
· Travel to job sites and work with the service manager and dispatch to ensure schedules and appointments are maintained and delays are properly communicated
· Maintain good working order of company vehicle, including keeping it clean, refueling when needed and reporting mechanical issues
· Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment
· Document all installed equipment: make, model, serial number, and pictures as necessary
· Join on-call rotation
· Maintain communication with dispatch and service manager
· Use of Service Titan for tracking calls and work being completed.
Skill Set
· Ability to diagnose and then repair diverse HVAC systems
· Excellent people and customer service skills
· Clear written and spoken communication
· Able to use electronic devices
· Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time
· Knowledge and experience with Service Titan software preferred
Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Valid social security number
· EPA Certification
· Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights and in small crawl spaces
· Observe company procedures and safety rules
· Maintain accurate detailed records
What we Offer!
Pay:
· $26.00 - $38.00 per hour based on experience
· Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
