We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, working on a variety of equipment, and delivering great service to customers.
This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants more than routine furnace and AC calls. You’ll work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, boilers, hydronic heating, tankless water heaters, controls, and specialty mechanical equipment while continuing to expand your technical skills.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, rooftop units, and commercial equipment
Diagnose and repair boilers, hydronic heating systems, controls, and specialty mechanical systems
Service and troubleshoot tankless water heaters
Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential system issues
Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers
Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
Provide a professional, high-quality customer experience on every call
Work closely with dispatch, office staff, and management
Continue developing your skills through training and hands-on field experience

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of HVAC service and repair experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and confidently manage service calls
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance and attitude
Dependable, team-oriented mindset
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

EPA Certification
