What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system tune-ups

Install new HVAC equipment and components when needed

Troubleshoot complex issues quickly and provide clear solutions to customers

Complete accurate service reports and maintain professional communication with clients and the team

Uphold the highest safety standards and represent our commitment to excellence

What You Bring

3+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC service technician (residential and/or commercial)

EPA 608 Certification (NATE certification a plus)

Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions

Strong troubleshooting, customer-service, and time-management skills

Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to doing the job right the first time
