We specialize in home and light commercial repairs and improvements, and we're hiring someone who is unfailingly reliable, punctual, and refuses to take shortcuts.

What We’re Looking For:

Are you a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience across at least 6 trades? Do you take pride in doing the job right, every time — and enjoy interacting with customers as much as working with your hands?

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly experienced in 6+ trades, such as carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, electrical (out of wall), plumbing (light), masonry, concrete, windows and doors, siding, general home repairs.

Excellent at customer service — you’ll represent our brand with every visit

Comfortable managing and adjusting customer expectations when timelines shift

Punctual, reliable, and committed to quality — no exceptions

Organized, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented

Able to safely handle ladders and heights up to three stories

Ability to pass a background check

Service Area: Our core service territory is the Ocean City area, but also includes Cambridge, MD, Salisbury, and lower Sussex County, Delaware.

Compensation & Perks:

$25–$32/hour, depending on experience and performance - Top craftsmen who upsell regularly earn up to $51/hour

Per-job travel stipend

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm — No weekend work

W-2 position with flexibility and independence
