What We Require:

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.

Pass drug test, criminal background (https://info.flclearinghouse.com), and written competency evaluation.

Minimum of 2 years of experience with the elderly or frail population.

Preferred: Experience working with Alzheimer’s or Dementia.

TB test or Chest X-ray required.

CNA License or HHA Certification

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living and provide companionship

Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair.

Perform light housekeeping activities.

Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed.

Plan and prepare meals.

Drive clients to appointments as needed

Medication reminders

Take and record vitals as needed

Follow nurses orders for Hospital at Home program
