Responsibilities: • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Ability to pass a drug and background check Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
