What You’ll Do:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

Ensure CA labor law compliance and maintain HR documentation

Support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration

Handle employee relations, employee events and build trust across a diverse team

Translate and communicate HR materials in English and Spanish

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of HR generalist experience (preferably in small business)

Strong knowledge of California employment law

Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)

HRIS/payroll system experience
