    Job Title: Experienced HVAC Installer ($25+/hour) Location: Cedar City, UT Employment Type: Full-time Job Description As an experienced HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to complete projects with precision, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation, ductwork, and mini-splits • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals • Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics • Ensure systems are properly tested, charged, and commissioned • Supervise and mentor junior installers or helpers on the job site • Maintain accurate documentation of materials used and work performed • Follow all safety procedures, building codes, and manufacturer specifications • Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project progress or issues Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience (residential/light commercial preferred) • Proficient in reading technical documents, wiring diagrams, and schematics • Strong understanding of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures • EPA 608 Certification (Type I and II or Universal) required • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and withstand variable weather conditions Compensation: $52,000
