About Us:
We are a boutique immigration, personal injury and criminal defense law firm located in Atlanta, GA. Our team is passionate about helping our clients navigate complex legal systems with professionalism, empathy, and excellence. If you’re an experienced courtroom advocate with a strong background in removal defense, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a licensed, experienced, and bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Immigration Attorney with at least 4-5 + years of courtroom experience, specifically handling removal defense and cancellation of removal cases before EOIR. The ideal candidate is committed, client-focused, confident in court, and adept at legal writing and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in immigration court and, at USCIS interviews
Handle a caseload focused primarily on cancellation of removal proceedings (LPR and non-LPR)
Draft and submit motions, briefs, legal memos, and waiver applications (including I-601 and I-601A)
Conduct client consultations and develop individualized legal strategies
Communicate effectively with clients, support staff, and opposing counsel
Utilize legal research tools and case management software
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and procedures
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
Fluent in English; Spanish fluency preferred
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in immigration removal defense and court advocacy
Solid knowledge of immigration relief options (e.g., family petitions, waivers, consular processing, U-visas)
Strong legal writing and research skills
Proficient with legal research tools such as Westlaw and Kurzban
Able to work efficiently with tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Monday.com, and legal case management software
Demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to excellence
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $100k - $135k/year (based on experience)
