As an Experienced Immigration Attorney, you’ll provide exceptional legal representation while empowering immigrant families and making a meaningful impact. We’re looking for an attorney with 5+ years of immigration law experience, strong legal writing and advocacy skills, and a passion for client service. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, grow professionally, and take your career to the next level. Responsibilities: • • Lead and manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective representation. • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic legal plans that align with their immigration goals and needs. • Advocate for clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and other legal forums with confidence and clarity. • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including petitions, applications, and briefs, with precision and attention to detail. • Stay informed on the latest immigration laws and policies to provide clients with accurate and timely advice. • Mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented work environment. • Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to raise awareness about immigration issues and services offered by the firm. Qualifications: • • JD from an accredited law school & active U.S. bar license. • Fluent English & Spanish (required). • 5+ years of immigration law experience. • Knowledge of U.S. immigration law, USCIS, EOIR & case strategy. • Strong legal research, writing, negotiation & courtroom advocacy skills. • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with exceptional client service. • Commitment to our values: Family, Honesty & Integrity, Dedication, Innovation, Empowerment & I Fight. . Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000
