Requirements:

Must be able to pass a Criminal and Level II Background

CPR Certified

Home Health Aid Certification or Valid Florida CNA License

HIV/AIDS; Alzheimer's and Dementia; and Assisting With Self-Administration of Medication Training Certificates

Minimum of 6 months experience as a caregiver

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with clients

Primary Duties:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting

Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning clients

Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed

Perform light housekeeping duties, as needed

Escort clients to appointments and errands, as needed

Document care provided and communicate any changes in the client's condition
