Experienced Musical Instrument Repair Technician (Full-Time in Monroe, Connecticut)

National Educational Music Company (NEMC) is growing, and we're excited to add an experienced full-time Musical Instrument Repair Technician to our team! What you'll do:

• Service and repair rental fleet and customer owned instruments
• Diagnose damage and performance problems across a wide range of instruments
• Collaborative with other professionals in a fun, engaging environment
• Help coach and train new techs enrolled in our apprenticeship program

What we're looking for:

• Prior experience as an instrument repair technician (required)
• An organized, motivated self-starter who takes ownership of their work
• A strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail

The details:

• Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours/week

• Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience
