    Time with New York Life: Joined in July 2023, I was a Fast Track hire, I quickly got registered and hit my numbers to qualify for the Associate Partner Program in October of 2024 I made Associate partner and made official Partner in April of 2025.

    Previous Experience: Over 20 years in the Military 10 active and 10 reserve, I managed medical groups for years till a buddy I deployed with (partner in Orlando) convinced me to join the firm.
