Responsibilities: • Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with personalized solutions. • Assess clients' financial objectives and craft tailored strategies in retirement planning, insurance, and tax services. • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients towards financial stability and confidence with clear, actionable advice. • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment. • Utilize company-provided tools and resources to enhance client interactions and streamline service delivery. • Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand your portfolio and grow the company's reach in the Richmond area. Qualifications: • Experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on client relationship management. • Ability to assess financial objectives and develop tailored strategies in retirement planning, insurance, and tax services. • Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor, guiding clients towards financial stability and confidence. • Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to share insights and strategies. • Proficiency in utilizing company-provided tools and resources to enhance client interactions. • Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and expand your client portfolio in the Richmond area. • Life/Health/Annuity Licensed required • FINRA Series 7 & 66 Preferred Compensation: $185,000 - $225,000 yearly Total Compensation
