Qualifications: • Experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on client relationship management. • Ability to assess financial objectives and develop tailored strategies in retirement planning, insurance, and tax services. • Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor, guiding clients towards financial stability and confidence. • Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to share insights and strategies. • Proficiency in utilizing company-provided tools and resources to enhance client interactions. • Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and expand a client portfolio in the Richmond area. • Life/Health/Annuity license required. • FINRA Series 7 & 66 Preferred. Compensation: $185,000 - $225,000 yearly Total Compensation
