Experienced Insurance Sales Agent - Commission + Overrides

Vector Employer Solutions is looking for experienced and motivated Health & Life Insurance Agents who want to grow their book with the support of a strong back-end team.

If you're tired of doing everything yourself — quoting, chasing carriers, onboarding groups, setting up enrollment platforms, solving service issues — this is for you.

We help agents win business and keep clients. You focus on selling and building relationships, and we help handle the rest.

What You'll Do
With Vector ES, you'll:

• Prospect and build relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
• Present health, life, and supplemental plan options
• Write new business and manage your pipeline
• Work with our internal team to implement and service clients long-term

Requirements

• Active Health and/or Life Insurance License (resident license required)

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

• 1099 commission-based compensation
• Overrides and additional incentives available depending on production
