    What You’ll Do

    Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients to identify coverage needs, present tailored solutions, and close new business.

    Confidently explain policy features and benefits to help clients make informed decisions.

    Build and manage your own pipeline through referrals, follow-ups, and agency-provided leads.

    Maintain ongoing communication with clients to handle renewals, upgrades, and policy changes.

    Deliver exceptional service that earns loyalty and referrals.

    Process applications, renewals, changes, and other requests accurately and efficiently.

    Represent our agency in the community as a trusted advisor for personal and commercial insurance.

    What We’re Looking For

    Current Property & Casualty License (Life & Health preferred but not required).

    Proven experience and success in insurance sales or account management.

    Goal-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow with a team that will invest in your success.

    Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

    Confidence using quoting systems and CRM tools.
