What You'll Do

Perform high-quality eyelash extension services while maintaining Lure Lash standards.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations.

Work collaboratively with a supportive team of beauty professionals.

Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.

Deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of professional lash extension experience preferred.

Existing clientele is a plus but not required.

Strong attention to detail and passion for quality work.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.

Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in New Jersey (or eligible to obtain licensure).
