We're looking for an experienced, licensed Lawn Care Technician who understands turfgrass, fertilization, weed control, and lawn health—not mowing.
Lawn Doctor of St. Charles is a locally owned branch of a trusted national brand, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving lawn problems, and wants to be part of a professional team that values experience.
This Is NOT a Mowing or Landscaping Position
We're specifically looking for candidates with experience in:
Fertilization & Weed Control
Turfgrass Management & Agronomy
Pesticide Applications
Lawn Diagnostics
Aeration & Overseeding
Professional Customer Service
Golf course, sports turf, sod farm, and professional lawn care experience are all highly valued.
What You'll Do
Apply fertilizer, weed control, and specialty lawn treatments safely and accurately
Diagnose lawn issues including weeds, insects, disease, and turf stress
Perform aeration, overseeding, and other turf services
Operate professional application equipment
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Maintain accurate service records using our mobile system
Keep equipment and vehicles clean, organized, and work-ready
What We're Looking For
Professional lawn care or turf management experience
Current pesticide applicator license (or ability to quickly obtain/transfer Missouri licensing)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
What We Offer
$22–$28 per hour (based on experience)
