About the Role
Are you looking to join a well-established law firm? We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Dallas. This role is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
• Oversee conference room reservations, set-ups, and maintenance, ensuring all meeting spaces are properly prepared and cleaned
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
• Maintain office supplies and keep common areas organized
• Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative needs

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years in a receptionist or front desk role
• Previous experience working in a law firm or legal services environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus
