We are seeking dependable, professional, and results-oriented sales professionals to represent the company. Responsibilities: • Responsible for setting the initial appointment with qualified lead sources • Determine what types of discounts or benefits they may qualify for with our partners • Conduct an assessment and presentation for the client to determine their needs • Work with potential clients and maintain a consistent work schedule, and lead flow Qualifications: • Already licensed as an agent with experience in the Insurance space, OR open to becoming licensed • Love working with customers face-to-face • Ability to work quickly and multitask • Reliable and open to feedback • Excellent communication and people skills • The ability to work with different styles of people and effectively build rapport • Demonstrated leadership ability with a desire to advance quickly FULL TIME available: Flexible schedules - the harder a representative works, the more they have the opportunity to make Benefits: • Create your own schedule • Expert-level sales training and mentorship • Bonus payouts based on production • Company trips in various exotic locations around the world Compensation: $92,000 - $123,000 yearly
