We are seeking experienced cooks for a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant kitchen.
The right candidate works cleanly, communicates well, maintains urgency during service, and takes pride in consistency and execution. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential.
This position is ideal for experienced cooks who are dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working all stations during busy service.
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute menu items consistently during service
Maintain quality, timing, and presentation standards
Set up, stock, and maintain stations throughout shifts
Work efficiently during high-volume periods
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
Support a professional and organized kitchen environment
Qualifications
Previous line cook experience required
High-volume restaurant experience preferred
Grill, sauté, and expo experience a plus
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
