Ideal Candidate Profile

3–5+ years of experience in fast-paced restaurant kitchens

Experience in both corporate and independent restaurants is a plus

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Open availability, including evenings and weekends

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Passionate about food quality and kitchen standards

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to Saddleback’s recipes and standards

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout your station

Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth service

Stay focused and efficient during high-volume rushes
