We’re looking for skilled, driven breakfast cooks who know the rhythm of a morning rush, can nail the perfect over-easy egg, layer a killer shawarma pita, and keep their station tight. We make everything in-house and source locally whenever possible. Our cooks aren’t just ticket machines, they’re collaborators in a kitchen where every detail matters. From daily prep to recipe building, you’ll work alongside a team that values craftsmanship, growth, and doing things the right way.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Cook high-quality food in an open kitchen with a strong sense of urgency and consistency

Jump into prep and service with a collaborative mindset

Maintain a clean and organized station at all times

Support recipe development and execution of seasonal menus

Complete daily checklists with attention to detail

Uphold best practices in food safety and sanitation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Solid fundamentals: knife skills, kitchen flow, and station management

Strong breakfast cooking experience (or a quick learner with a passion for morning service)

Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others

Open availability, including early mornings and weekends

Physical ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50lbs when needed

A sense of integrity, accountability, and pride in your work
