Responsibilities: • Prepare cases involving removal defense, family immigration, asylum, naturalization, and crime victim visas • Independently and proactively manage high volume caseload in a fast-paced environment, including document review, preparation, and filing of immigrant petitions with USCIS, EOIR, and NVC • Communicate both orally and in writing with clients, as well as government agencies • Monitor deadlines and expiration dates, follow office procedures, and the attorney's directions • Manage client communication and government correspondence • Provide exceptional customer service • Work directly with the team of attorneys and partners to ensure the highest quality of legal representation for clients • Take special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in litigation • Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Works well under pressure and understands the importance of deadlines and timeliness • Demonstrated effective problem-solving and issue resolution skills • Professional and courteous, positive attitude • Quick learner; impeccable ethics • Microsoft 365 • Must have reliable transportation • This is an on-site position, Monday-Friday Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly

    $60,000-$80,000 per year
