    Sul Lee Law Firm is a commercial/IP litigation law firm in Dallas, TX, and in search of a 4+ years experienced litigation paralegal to join our growing litigation department. If you have experience in a small law firm or assisting a solo practitioner with his/her busy schedule, it is a strong plus. Our firm provides: • Excellent benefits (health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k)+ safe harbor match, PTO, career development opportunities) • Healthy work-life balance work environment • Flexible schedule (hybrid) Responsibilities: • Manage the case, understand the timeline, and assist attorneys in managing tasks • Reviews, organizes, and summarizes case documents • Assist attorneys in pthe reparation of hearings and upcoming depositions • Draft routine notices, affidavits, memoranda, and correspondence • Prepare discovery • Communicate with clients, attorneys, staff, and other outside personnel to obtain information and provide case status and updates • Perform legal research and provide guidelines as to deadlines • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal • Familiar with TRCP and FRCP • Proficiency in legal research and writing • Trial/Evidentiary hearings experience is mandatory • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple cases, set priorities, and handle them • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 DOE
