Responsibilities: • Ensure punctuality for all appointments and maintain a clean, safe work environment. • Work independently or collaborate with a crew, based on the job requirements. • Complete maintenance tasks before moving on to the next project or provide temporary solutions when necessary. • Communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and team members, responding to tasks and requests in a timely manner. • Represent the company in a professional manner by maintaining a clean, presentable uniform and appearance. Qualifications: • Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to completing tasks and maintaining high-quality work standards. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus, but not required. • Preferred experience with various commercial repairs such as minor plumbing, electrical work, drywall, ceiling tiles/grids, floor tiles, and painting. • Extensive experience in concrete work, including finishing and repairs. • Must be available for on-call duties after hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to emergency situations. Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly
