We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter with success in recruiting for production, manufacturing & operations positions. This role is fully remote and may run between 6-8 months, but could get extended.
Our client is a global leader in thermal management and HVAC solutions, serving industries from automotive to commercial HVAC.
The ideal candidate will:
- have strong stakeholder management skills
- be consultative
- support teams that are CST
- have recruited for positions in manufacturing such as EHS Leaders, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Quality Managers, Materials & Supply Chain, Production Supervisors, Quality Engineers
Responsibilities include:
- Source and recruit top talent for various manufacturing, production, & operations positions across multiple industries
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
