    Experienced Masonry TELEHANDLER Operators Needed Masonry Solutions Midwest is hiring an experienced Telehandler Operator to join our team immediately. We are a growing commercial masonry contractor looking for a dependable operator with masonry construction experience who can safely and efficiently support our crews on jobsites throughout Metro Detroit. What We Offer • Competitive pay starting at $30+ per hour based on experience • Weekly pay • Paid health insurance after 60 days • Optional dental and vision coverage • 401(k) plan available • Steady work with opportunities for advancement • Additional compensation for occasional out-of-town projects Responsibilities: • Safely operate telehandlers on commercial construction sites • Deliver masonry materials to scaffolding and designated work areas • Stock scaffolding with block, brick, mortar, and other materials • Mix mortar and grout as needed • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns • Assist masonry crews with material handling and jobsite support • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements Qualifications: Requirements • Minimum 1 year of telehandler operating experience on active construction sites • Previous masonry construction experience required • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Strong communication skills and commitment to safety Preferred Qualifications • Current telehandler/operator certification • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Telehandler certification is required for this position. Applicants with expired certifications may be eligible to renew their certification upon hire. Compensation: $30+ yearly
