We are seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Title Clerk with strong knowledge of liens, lien releases, and title reassignments. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage high-volume title work while staying compliant with state DMV regulations.

Responsibilities

Process motor vehicle titles in compliance with DMV regulations

Handle liens, lien satisfactions, and lien releases

Complete and verify title reassignments

Prepare title applications, transfers, and corrections

Resolve title issues including missing documents and errors

Communicate with DMVs, lienholders, buyers, and internal teams

Track title status and follow up on outstanding items

Maintain accurate and organized title records

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Motor Vehicle Title Clerk

Strong working knowledge of liens and reassignments

Experience with multi-state DMV processes preferred

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines

Proficient with title systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

Automotive auction, dealership, or finance background

High-volume title processing environment

TAVT , and CVR Experience
