Cerchione Hurowitz Law Group LLP, one of the premier personal injury litigation firms in New York City, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our growing team! You will a member of one of our litigation teams, working under the direction of one of our senior attorneys.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of a wide range legal documents (pleadings, discovery, motions, oppositions, et al)

Review case files to ensure that all necessary information is complete and accurate

Communicating with clients

Record and store client information in our case management system

Assist in the preparation of case files for settlement and trial

​Qualifications:

At least 5 years experience as a paralegal for a NEW YORK personal injury litigation firm (this is a deal breaker)

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to speak and read Spanish is a BIG plus
