🛠️ What You’ll Do

Deliver a premium patient experience from consultation to final fitting

Help patients choose eyewear that fits their vision needs, lifestyle, and personal style

Take precise measurements (PD, seg height) and perform expert adjustments & fittings

Clearly explain lens technology (progressives, AR coatings, blue light, specialty lenses)

Ensure every pair of glasses meets our high-quality standards

Build long-term relationships with patients through trust and expertise

✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience as an Optician, Optical Sales Associate, or Eyewear Consultant

Passion for patient care and eyewear craftsmanship

Strong communication skills—someone patients trust instantly

Detail-oriented and committed to getting it right the first time

Comfortable in a performance-driven (but not pressure-filled) environment

NC licensure is a plus, but not required
