About the Role
Icon Power is looking for experienced door-to-door appointment setters who know how to open doors, spark interest, and book high-quality appointments.
In this role, you'll engage homeowners face-to-face to schedule meetings for our Solar Sales Representatives. You're not closing deals — you're setting the table for success by generating qualified solar appointments.

Compensation
- 1099, commission-only position
- Experienced setters routinely earn $1,500–$2,500/week , Monday through Friday
- Uncapped income potential — top performers make $150K+ annually

Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in assigned territories with teammates
- Engage homeowners to generate qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives
- Educate homeowners on solar savings and energy independence
- Uphold Icon Power's standards of professionalism and integrity in every interaction
- Collaborate with your team to hit or exceed appointment and quality goals
- Participate in ongoing training , team meetings, and performance development

- Proven experience in door-to-door, canvassing, or field appointment setting (solar, pest control, roofing, telecom, etc.)
- High-energy communicators who can capture attention and build trust fast

Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for several hours daily
- Willingness to travel locally
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
