    What You'll Do:

    • Lead by Example – Deliver clean, consistent, high-quality painting and prep work across residential and commercial job sites.
    • Work with Pride – Ensure each space is left spotless and professionally finished, treating every job like it's your own home.
    • Solve and Support – Use your problem-solving skills to address issues on-site and keep projects running smoothly.
    • Use a Variety of Skills – Apply paint and stain, perform drywall patching and carpentry as needed.
    • Be a Team Player – Collaborate with other painters and leaders to maintain a positive, productive job site and deliver great results.

    Craftsman Painter Qualifications

    • At least 5 + years of professional experience with a painting company
    • A valid driver's license and personal car insurance
    • Reliable transportation to job sites
    • A smartphone for communication and apps
    • Ability to use and lift ladders up to 32 feet

    Physical & Work Environment Details

    • Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
    • Regular walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and standing are required
    • Work may take place in various conditions, including dust, fumes, outdoor weather, and chemicals (PPE required)
