Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming)

Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Protect surrounding areas (masking, drop cloths, etc.)

Follow safety protocols and company standards

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship
