Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career with a respected, local downtown firm? We’re looking for an experienced Paralegal who’s passionate about making a real difference in clients' lives — particularly in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, Wills, and Elder Law.
What You'll Do:
Be a key support to a dynamic team of attorneys, handling case management and client communications.
Draft and review legal documents with a sharp eye for detail.
Prepare and organize financial documents to keep cases moving forward smoothly.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and deadlines — your expertise keeps us on track.
Manage client information with professionalism and care.
Tackle a variety of administrative tasks that make the office run like clockwork.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of paralegal experience (bonus points for deep knowledge in Probate and Elder Law).
Strong legal research skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication — both written and verbal.
Extreme attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Experience with hourly client billing preferred.
Must love dogs and small children — our office often has a furry friend and a little one bringing extra smiles to the workday!
Why You'll Love Working Here:
Competitive Base Pay: $22–$28 per hour, based on experience.
Performance Rewards: Quarterly incentive bonuses + annual merit raises.
Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, and continuing legal education opportunities.
· Supportive, Fun Team Culture: We believe in a healthy work-life balance and a positive workplace environment. You’ll enjoy regular firm-hosted events, employee outings, office lunches, and plenty of treats to keep spirits high.
· Commitment to Growth: Our paralegals and legal staff regularly attend Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses to stay sharp and advance their skills — and we encourage it!
If you’re ready to bring your experience and energy to a growing practice, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and take the next step in your career!
