Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Help to join our team. We will train the right person for this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and support tasks to our Sales and office staff. Quick Advancement opportunities. A knowledge of Motor vehicle and automotive paperwork a must.
Responsibilities
Computer knowledge
Maintain an organized filing system
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
Clean drivers license A Must
Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
Perform basic bookkeeping and office duties
Taking photos of vehicles/ uploading to website
Professional Appearance
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
Previous experience in an office or in a similar position for Automobile Dealership
Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
