More specifically, Woodhouse Enriching Estheticians:

Follows our award winning protocols to provide the best facials in the spa industry

Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria

Demonstrates the expert skills necessary for performing all levels of facial and skin care services.

Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and products for continued care

Understand and explains all services offered and recommends based upon guest needs

Makes each guest feel special and provides a unique experience —so take good notes!

Provides consistently stellar treatments for all guests throughout the full service day

Provides enhanced treatments and seasonal body services such as body exfoliation and wraps featured across the brand

Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand and upholds the Woodhouse Spa - Peachtree City's core values

Provides the full range of menu offerings, current and new, to remain best-in-class

Always improves skills by attending continuing education, product and leadership classes

Minimum Qualifications for this role include:

An active Esthetician License in good standing in the state of Georgia.

Service as a licensed esthetician for four or more years

Demonstrated ability to educate guests on services and best options to attain desired results

Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and skill building

Demonstrated ability to successfully recommend home care items for routine building

Comfort attending community and social events as a spa professional

Comfort providing demonstrations both live and recorded for social/media outlets

Current industry professional insurance coverage

Desired Qualifications:

Hydrafacial certification

Two or more years of service in a luxury spa environment

Five or more years serving as a license esthetician

Industry leadership or specialty service certification(s)
