    We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Experienced Parts Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in parts and be comfortable navigating different portals and management systems. This role demands organization and detail-oriented skills. We have a great Parts Leader, and she needs help invoicing, ordering, and organizing parts. It's a very fast-paced position!

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and order parts while maintaining quality standards and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate pricing terms to ensure optimal value for the organization.

    - Organization: Organize and move parts out to technicians as needed.

    - Data Management: Maintain accurate invoicing. Utilize procurement software and tools for ordering and invoicing.

    - Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

    - Proficient on a computer.
