We are a practice of 28 civil trial attorneys seeking to hire several attorneys from entry-level to 10+ years of experience to work with our 12 Certified Civil Trial Attorneys in preparing and trying personal injury trials. Qualifications: Experienced Attorney with 3-5 years Personal Injury Experience • Admission to NJ Bar (NY not necessary but a plus); • Plaintiff or defense experience; • Ability to handle and manage a personal injury case list at all stages; • Solid legal knowledge of NJ MVA and premises jurisprudence; • Understanding of legal medicine; • Deposition, Arbitration, and dispositive motion experience; • Experience prepping cases for trial. Experienced Trial Attorney with 10-plus years of Personal Injury Experience • New Jersey Admission (NY a plus); • Civil Trial Certification or eligibility; • Medical Malpractice Experience and/ Product Liability; • Proven Track Record; • Experienced with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases; • Federal Court Experience a plus; • Good writing skills; • Winning record; • Solid work ethic.
