Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (The Role) As our Case Manager, you will serve as the anchor for clients during the pre-litigation phase, managing the logistical details of their recovery so they can focus on healing. • Provide Calm Reassurance: Act as the primary, empathetic point of contact for clients, demystifying the legal process and easing their anxiety. • Facilitate Medical Care: Coordinate closely with healthcare providers to monitor client treatment plans and ensure they face no barriers to necessary medical care. • Build the File Foundation: Request, organize, and analyze medical records, billing statements, police reports, and lost wage documentation. • Manage Insurance Logistics: Set up claims, verify policy limits, and navigate early administrative requirements with insurance adjusters. • Compile Demand Packages: Collect and organize medical and financial evidence to help our attorneys construct comprehensive settlement demands. Qualifications: Who You Are (The Fit) • Experienced: Successful case management experience, specifically handling personal injury claims, is required. You must have been in the role of case manager or paralegal for personal injury claims for a minimum of 3 full years. • Composed & Compassionate: You possess the emotional intelligence to listen to hurting clients and offer steady support without absorbing their stress. • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in managing complex administrative timelines and keeping digital files meticulously organized. • Solution-Focused: You enjoy collaborating across teams to solve bottlenecks and move cases forward efficiently. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing modern legal practice management software, office productivity suites, and AI tools that help with repetitive tasks.
