We’re looking for an experienced, licensed personal lines agent to join our well-established, independent agency. What you’ll do

Manage a personal lines book of business with a focus on retention and growth

Generate quotes and process policy changes efficiently

Educate clients on coverage, exclusions, and exposures so they can make confident decisions

Renew and re-market accounts according to agency standards

Participate in marketing and cross-selling efforts to expand client accounts

Keep accurate, up-to-date client files in our agency management system

What we’re looking for

Active NC Property & Casualty license (additional state licenses a plus)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in personal lines insurance (independent agency experience preferred)

Proven track record of client retention and account growth

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Comfortable working with a variety of clients and handling complex insurance needs

Proficiency in phone and computer skills, including carrier quoting systems, EzLynx Agency Management System, and cloud-based tools.
