    Who We Are

Infinite Fitness is growing. We started as 1 studio. Now we're 3, across Round Rock, Steiner Ranch, and Shoal Creek, and we're building the coaching team that gets us to the next one.

We run small group personal training (SGPT): semi-private sessions, individualized programming, coaches who know their clients' names and histories.

    • Our core demographic is adults 40+, especially women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s, working on long-term strength, mobility, and health
    • Many clients are managing old injuries, joint issues, or packed schedules. They want real coaching and someone who holds them accountable
    • We currently operate three Austin-area locations and are actively expanding our team and preparing for future locations

    The Opportunity

We're adding a Personal Trainer to our Shoal Creek team to keep up with demand and get ahead of what's next.

You'll lead semi-private training sessions (up to 6 clients), coaching people through our day-specific programs. Each day has a structured workout, and you'll adjust exercises for whoever's in front of you.

No quotas. No pressure to sell products or services.

The role starts part-time. There's real room to grow into more hours, full-time, or leadership as we open new locations.

We'll train you fully on our semi-private model and coaching systems.
