Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment • Use pharmacy software (we use PioneerRx ) to manage orders and patient profiles • Help support our shift to appointment-based medication synchronization • Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and compliant What You’ll Get: • Predictable hours: Monday–Friday 8 am–7 pm, Saturday 9 am–3 pm, closed Sundays • A supportive team and hands-on training • A work culture that values efficiency, collaboration, and kindness • Opportunities to grow with a company that’s changing retail pharmacy for the better Qualifications: What You’ll Need: • Alabama Pharmacy Technician license (required) • National certification (PTCB or NHA) preferred • Reliable transportation • Basic math, computer, and communication skills • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs • Experience with PioneerRx is a plus Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000
