Responsibilities

· Handle only inbound calls from interested prospects.

· Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and recommend suitable policies.

· Build, maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.

· Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.

· Collaborate with a fast-paced, high-performing team.

Requirements

· MUST HAVE 2 years minimum Phone Sales Experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor. (Bilingual is not required, but is extremely beneficial)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer Literate.

· Ready to grow personally and professionally.

· Teachable and willing to learn.

Details amp; Compensation

· Beautiful office located in East Boca Raton.

· NOW OFFERING – Training Pay PLUS Commission.

· If you have previously sold Short Term Medical or Limited Medical Insurance Plans, then you already know the MASSIVE EARNING potential during Open Enrollment.

· Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit and Zelle.
