Responsibilities:

Read blueprints, schematics, and building codes to determine optimal work procedures

Perform all phases of plumbing, heating, and sprinkler work

Install, repair, and maintain pipeline distribution systems

Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Respond to work orders in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain professionalism with customers, office staff, and coworkers

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

Valid drivers license

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong work ethic, organized, and self-motivated

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Additional Requirements for Lead Mechanic Applicants:

Registered journeyman with 7+ years of experience

Full work gas qualification & operator qualification

Valid OSHA card
