What You’ll Do

Create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, inspired, and excited to learn

Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored to the unique needs of Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers

Foster emotional and academic growth through play-based learning and a growth mindset

Build strong relationships with families, sharing milestones and moments through mobile apps and personal conversations

Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals

Be a trusted teammate, bringing joy, creativity, and care to every interaction

Create lesson plans

What We’re Looking For

A genuine love for children and early education

At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred)

An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field

A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment
