Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for buyer and seller leads • Build rapport quickly through calls, texts, and email communication • Understand client needs and connect them with the appropriate team member • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions • Provide regular updates and support throughout the buying or selling process • Contribute to a smooth and positive client experience Qualifications: • Active real estate license is required • 1+ years of real estate sales experience preferred • Strong track record of productivity and closing deals • Self-starter with a forward-thinking mindset • Willingness to grow personally and professionally • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern real estate tools • Real Estate License required or in progress • Strong people skills and natural relationship-building ability • High emotional intelligence and customer service orientation • Excellent phone etiquette and email writing skills • Commission-based opportunity with upside earning potential Compensation: $150,000 - $285,000 yearly

    $150,000-$285,000 per year
