Qualifications: • Active California real estate license. • Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships. • Ability to lead engaging open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers with confidence and expertise. • Proven track record of providing personalized guidance and support to clients throughout the buying process. • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to share insights and strategies to enhance team performance. • In-depth knowledge of the Santa Ana-Anaheim-Irvine real estate market, including property values, trends, and investment opportunities. • Effective negotiation skills to ensure favorable outcomes for clients during offers and contracts. • Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market conditions and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients. Compensation: $125,000 - $212,500 yearly
