We are looking for an Experienced NYC-licensed Real Estate Salesperson with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in NYC coop/condo sales. If this sounds like a good fit, please read on. IMPORTANT BEFORE APPLYING • Must have a minimum of 2–3 years of NYC coop/condo sales experience. • Must reside in NYC or the surrounding areas. Relocations will not be considered—no exceptions. • Willing to work in-person, in-office, two to three days per week. • Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license required. • Experience working with luxury/ high-end properties and clientele is a plus , but not required. • This role requires availability to collaborate with and support our NYC-based senior broker, including weekend showings on an as-needed basis. • We highly value a positive environment and a strong cultural fit within our team. Applicants invited to interview will be asked to complete a DISC profile as part of the application process (a free DISC assessment is offered if you apply to this job post through Wizehire.com) Responsibilities: • Represent buyers and sellers in New York City real estate transactions (co-ops, condos, townhomes). • Provide expert market knowledge, comparative analysis, and pricing strategies for clients. • Actively prospect, generate, and follow up with leads to expand the client base. • Conduct showings, open houses, and private tours across NYC neighborhoods. • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. • Manage client relationships through consistent communication and professional service. • Collaborate with senior brokers and team members to support transactions and client goals. • Stay informed on NYC market trends, property inventory, and new development projects. Qualifications: • Must have an active NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. • Strong skills and knowledge of NYC real estate contracts and board processes. • Tech-savvy , with proficiency in CRM platforms, MLS, and listing platforms (StreetEasy, ReSource, etc.). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized , self-motivated, and team-oriented. • Availability to show properties on weekends as needed. Compensation: • Commission-based role. • Expected annual compensation: $75,000 – $150,000. • We offer a cooperative compensation model designed to encourage team success (details provided during interviews).
